Online Services

Benefits of Online Services

Within the app you can see:

- when an item was last ordered

- quantity received

- when next item is due

- status of your order request, ie pending approval, approved or if there is a query

Registering for Online Services

You can register for Patient Access here.  Whether you are a previous user of online services or completely new, you will need to register.  (see tutorial video below)

It is important to note that some of the functionality offered through NHS England & Wales is not currently available in Northern Ireland.

Once you have registered using the link above, you will need to send an email to reception.Z00352@gp.hscni.net advising that you have registered and confirming your name, DOB and mobile number.  The Practice will then send you a 'Link Key' via email, which will allow you to add your specific GP Practice.

In some instances the Practice may be required to verify your identity before providing a link key.  When this is necessary, we will send an SMS with a link for you to upload ID.  Once this is verified, the 'Link Key' can be sent.

This service is only available to individuals and cannot be set up for families.  It is available to all those aged 16 years and above.

Have Your Say

MEDICAL STUDENTS

We are a Queen's University Belfast Medical School Teaching Practice hosting Medical students on placement.

The curriculum and learning objectives for each stage in their undergraduate training ensures that by the end of medical school they have a broad understanding of the role of a GP and General Practice as a career option. They benefit hugely from speaking to patients, and many of our patients say how much they enjoy talking to medical students.

As a patient you may be seen by a medical student under the supervision of a qualified Practice clinician. You can, of course, decline this option.

Please do let our reception team know if you would prefer not to be seen by our student.

These are our doctors of the future and as a practice we are proud to be a part of their journey.

DO WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT MOBILE NUMBER?

We are moving some of our communication to SMS messaging ie vaccine updates, smear recalls, etc

Please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile number
